Most women I work with don’t come in weak.
They come in drained.
They tell me they’re burnt out — from working too hard, caring too much, pushing through.
But here’s the truth:
You’re not burnt out.
You’re undernourished.
When your hormones are flatlined and your nervous system is fried, it doesn’t matter how much sleep you try to get. Rest alone can’t fix a body that doesn’t have the raw materials it needs to function.
I see it constantly — especially in high-achieving women chasing success, building businesses, raising families, holding everything together.
They’re running on:
• caffeine
• willpower
• adrenaline
• and a whole lot of “just get through the day” energy
But their bodies?
Their bodies are starving.
Starving for minerals that regulate stress and energy.
Starving for protein to rebuild hormones and tissues.
Starving for blood sugar balance so the nervous system can finally stand down.
This isn’t a mindset problem.
And it’s definitely not a motivation issue.
Burnout is a biological SOS.
It’s your body waving a flag saying: I don’t have what I need to keep going like this.
And the solution isn’t to push harder…
or think more positively…
or add another productivity hack.
If you want your power back, you have to feed the machine.
Because when the body is nourished, everything gets easier:
• energy stabilises
• mood improves
• hormones begin to regulate
• resilience returns
It’s not mindset.
It’s minerals.
And when you fix that foundation, your body stops fighting you — and starts supporting you again.
