Blood pressure & Myocarditis

30-6-23 I had Blood pressure readings averaging 232/112 with a resting pulse of 105 – these readings were taken when woken at 2-3am with heart pain. Also when walking 100 meters I’d be arrested with chest pain forcing me to stop and breathe deeply to alleviate the pain.

Previously I had 2 Phizer CV19 shots to retain my job or face dismissal in 2022. Naturopathic live blood analysis showed a medium level of spike proteins.

I was taking Nattokinase; Bromelain; Green papaya capsules; and curcumin as prescribed to reduce effects of the vax. with only slight improvement.

By Christmas 2024 I was getting chest; neck and left arm pain - all the classic heart attack signs and went to a functional practitioner. I was diagnosed after scans with Myocarditis – which is harding of the upper part of the heart muscle. Further complications were warned of if the blood pressure was not arrested. Mainly the heart muscle wouldn’t be able to contract sufficiently to regulate blood pressure.

Natural blood thinners were utilised and after 2 months on this program BP reduced to 200/100 – pulse still 100.

25-03-25 I Started with Shine Health & Wellness

· The morning After my first 1 ½ hr, session my BP dropped to 170/ 80pulse 89.

· I had the best nights sleep and felt the tension in my body completely relax – on reflection I wasn’t aware of that tension being held by the body untill after the treatment.

· There is no doubt in my mind that it was the treatment that provided the significant and almost immediate BP reduction

· After several treatments my BP reading is 145/80 – pulse 75-80 now.
